By accessing or using tostupidtooquit.com ("Site") operated by Tyler McDaniel, doing business as To Stupid Too Quit ("TSTQ," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

TSTQ provides AI engineering consulting, IBM product procurement, and related technology services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in separate Statements of Work (SOW) or service agreements executed between you and TSTQ.

3. Use of Site

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation; or (d) scrape, crawl, or harvest content without prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Tyler McDaniel / TSTQ or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. IBM, watsonx, Red Hat, and related marks are trademarks of International Business Machines Corporation.

5. IBM Business Partner Disclaimer

TSTQ is an authorized IBM Business Partner and TD SYNNEX reseller. IBM products and services procured through TSTQ are subject to IBM's own terms, licensing agreements, and warranties. TSTQ doesn't warrant IBM products beyond what IBM provides.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Site integrates third-party tools to support our services. Calendly is embedded on our booking page to facilitate scheduling. Your use of Calendly through our Site is subject to Calendly's Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. TSTQ is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. We may add, remove, or replace third-party integrations at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSTQ won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tyler McDaniel and TSTQ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
