Privacy Policy

This site collects only what you choose to send through its forms, plus basic anonymous analytics. Nothing is sold, rented, or traded. Form submissions are delivered by email so Tyler can respond to you, and that is the whole story.

Information you provide directly. When you use the project intake form, you may share your name, email address, project details, budget range, timeline, and related message content. When you sign the guestbook, you may share a screen name, an optional website URL, a message, and optional mood or status fields. Nothing on this site requires an account. Each form submission also includes two pieces of technical data from your browser request, the browser identification string and the referring page, which travel with the submission to help filter spam.

Analytics data. The site uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy focused tool that records anonymous, aggregated page view data. It does not use cross site tracking cookies and does not build individual visitor profiles.

Cookies and similar technologies. This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. Embedded third party content, such as the Spotify player, may set its own cookies governed by that provider's privacy policy.

Form submissions are used to read your request, respond to you, and follow up about the project or message you sent. They are not used for marketing lists, and your email address is not shared with advertisers or added to newsletters you did not ask for.

Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information. The forms on this site are not designed for secrets. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, medical information, financial account details, legal case details, or highly personal information in any form field. If a project involves sensitive material, mention that in general terms and a secure channel can be arranged.

Form submissions are delivered using Resend, an email delivery service, which processes your submission solely to deliver it by email. Basic anti spam and security checks, such as honeypot fields and automated abuse filtering, are applied to submissions. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure logs may briefly process standard technical data such as IP addresses for security and reliability purposes. These vendors act as processors and do not receive permission to use your data for their own marketing.

Retention. Submissions delivered by email are kept as long as needed to handle the request and for reasonable record keeping, then deleted during periodic cleanup. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.

Access and deletion. You can ask what information from your submissions is held, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request using the contact option below and it will be honored within a reasonable time, except where a record must be kept for legal or security reasons.

Children's privacy. This site is not directed at children under 13, and information from children is not knowingly collected. If you believe a child submitted personal information, get in touch and it will be removed.

Security. Reasonable safeguards are used, including HTTPS and server side validation, but no website or email system can guarantee perfect security. That is another reason to keep sensitive data out of the forms.

Changes to this policy. This policy may be updated as the site evolves. The effective date at the top will change when it does, and continued use of the site after an update means the new version applies.
