Problem

Multi-Agent RAG over Internal Knowledge
Problem
Answers live in Confluence, SharePoint, Slack, Git, and tickets. New hires and on-call rotations pay the cost.
Build
LangGraph multi-agent system with one specialized retriever per source. Vector store with citation-backed answers. Slack and portal integrations with admin tooling for evals.
Success metrics
Pilot-scope answer accuracy measured by human eval, time-to-first-answer, and percentage of questions answered without escalation. Baselines and targets agreed in the SOW.
Quantum-Safe Encryption Migration Plan
Problem
Existing RSA and AES inventory is invisible. There is no rotation plan and no path to PQ-ready algorithms.
Build
Crypto inventory across services, libraries, and certificates. Phased rollout plan toward CRYSTALS-Kyber and CRYSTALS-Dilithium using the IBM quantum-safe toolkit. Zero-downtime certificate rotation pipeline. Capability based on Quantum-Safe Encryption Essentials training.

Service-by-service migration scorecard, residual-risk register, and a rollback plan signed off before each phase.
Growth Systems (SMB)
Lead Response Automation for Service Businesses
Problem
Form submissions sit in a shared inbox. Slow follow-up means lost jobs and wasted ad spend.
Build
Capture from website, Google Ads, and lead networks into a CRM. Instant SMS plus email response with a personalized follow-up sequence and auto-assignment to the right technician.
Success metrics
Median response time, contact rate, and booked-job rate measured against the 30-day baseline before launch.
Service Website and Booking Funnel
Problem
A Google listing is the entire web footprint. There is no funnel and no measurable inbound channel.
Build
Next.js site with service-area pages, schema markup, and Google Business Profile optimization. Booking funnel with an instant quote estimator and SMS confirmation.
Success metrics
Inbound qualified leads per month, page-one rankings on a defined keyword set, and cost per lead from any paid channel you turn on.
CRM and Marketing Automation for Sales Teams
Problem
Follow-up is manual, drop-off between contacts is high, and the agent loses hours per week to admin.
Build
